It's that time again! Time where we ask you, the Star Trek gamer, to stand up and point out the best of the best in the Star Trek gaming community. There are no higher accolades, no greater reward, then to be recognized and honored by your fellow gamers! It is time for the Star Trek Games 2008 Players Choice Awards.
This is where YOU get to pick the people, the games, the mods, the videos, that are best of class. Nominations are now open for the following categories:

Mike Strobel has released a new update for Star Trek: Supremacy. This latest update now contains a race selection screen that allows you to choose to play as any one of the five empires; not just the Federation. The new empires do not yet have their own interfaces; these will be coming in a future update. You can download the update simply by running the game; it will automatically notify you of the update when you run it. If you haven't yet downloaded Supremacy, you can download it from This Thread.

Two new legacy mod teams have made star trek fan games their home. The OEM Mod and the teamexxperience teams have subdomains all set up and running, these guys are making legacy better so pop over and look at the work they are doing.

Sandman has kindly uploaded some new music for us to the downloads database. The new track is called "Crimson", and it's a nice, slow, long one with lots of bass. I think it would make a good exploration or at war track, but let us know what you think. You can find it in the Downloads -> Audio -> Music -> Random Themes folder. You will need to log in to this portal before you can download it. Sandman already has another music file in the same folder called "March", so please download both files and discuss them on our forums. Thanks for your contributions, Sandman!

I have finaly gotten around to puting my botf site back online, i have added a babylon 5 ship pack (earth alliance ships only) and some ships from the BSG universe. All ships are in the botf .hob format.
