Star Trek: Supremacy is one of the four games that are being supported by the Birth of the Federation 2 Consortium - the group of developers and the community that surrounds it - and is being developed by Mike Strobel, aka Mstrobel.

The game is intended as a successor to, rather than an updated carbon copy of Birth of the Federation; it will be similar in certain respects, and vastly different in others. The biggest difference is that Supremacy DOESN'T have the horrible memory leak that BOTF had. (As disappointing as this may be...)

Supremacy is currently in the pre-alpha stage, which means many features are either buggy or simply haven't been implemented yet. The game is constantly being updated though. Supremacy now comes with a built-in auto-updater that runs every time you play the game. As soon as it identifies there is an update available, it will notify you of the update. It will then download and install the update. The game even automatically reloads itself once the update is complete!

We need YOUR help in finding bugs though - and if you have have any ideas on additions or improvements to the game, we also WANT to know them!
