Our latest update brings forth new screenshots of the Akira Class Starship, which made its debut in First Contact and subsequently made several appearances in DS9 and Voyager. This ship, made by Executioner and textured by Legacy, takes advantage of the NanoFX Game Engine and does the ship a lot of justice in comparison to previous official game releases!

 Weighing in at a comfortable 8700 polies, this ship has been designed to emulate the Akira Class Starship seen in First Contact, and is a commonly used workhorse in the Federation Fleet. Expect to see this ship often on patrol and perhaps even protecting transports/convoys.
